— Jingles ✨Jingle bells, Olivia!
Guess who just zoomed in from the North Pole? It’s me, Jingles! I packed my tiniest suitcase, polished my pointiest shoes and followed a trail of Christmas lights all the way back to your home.
The North Pole team told me you have been doing a wonderful job helping with your little brother. That kind of kindness creates extra Christmas magic—and I brought a pocketful with me.
My first elf mission for you is simple: find the cosiest place in the house and share one enormous welcome-back hug with your family. I’ll be nearby, getting ready for a December full of surprises.
Candy-cane cheers,
Jingles ✨

— Spark ✨Liam! Spark here with a priority North Pole update.
News reached the elf workshop that you helped clean your room without giving up—even when it felt like a very big job. The whole wrapping team gave you a tiny standing ovation!
Being responsible does not mean doing everything perfectly. It means trying, helping and finishing what you can. You showed all three, and that is something worth celebrating.
Your next mission is to keep that helpful spirit going. Look for one small thing you can do tomorrow before anyone asks. I have a feeling you’ll spot the perfect mission.
Sparkles and high-fives,
Spark ✨

— Twinkle ✨Agent Maya, this is Twinkle reporting from the North Pole Mission Desk.
You have been selected for Operation Christmas Cheer. Your assignment is top secret—but I can tell you it requires kindness, creativity and your very best sneaking skills.
Sometime today, do one thoughtful thing for someone in your family without being asked. You could leave a kind note, help with a chore or share something that makes them smile. Do not reveal the mission until it is complete!
When you are finished, give me one tiny wink so I know the operation was a success. The North Pole is counting on you.
Mission bells ringing,
Twinkle ✨

— Pip ✨Hello, Noah. Pip here with a little message just for you.
I heard that trying new things has felt difficult lately. Even North Pole elves get nervous when we learn a new toy machine or practise a tricky sleigh landing. Being brave does not mean you are never worried—it means you take one small step anyway.
I am proud of the way you keep trying. You do not have to master everything today. Take a breath, ask for help when you need it and remember how many people are cheering for you.
Your only mission is to believe in yourself as much as your family does.
Your biggest elf fan,
Pip ✨

— Pickle ✨Emma! Emergency elf update from Pickle!
I tried to make breakfast at the North Pole and accidentally used snow instead of sugar. The pancakes escaped the plate, slid across the kitchen and knocked over three candy canes. Mrs. Claus has officially banned me from flipping anything until January.
Luckily, I heard you have been making everyone laugh with your excellent jokes. The elves need your expertise. Your mission is to tell your family the silliest joke you know—and if someone groans, that means it worked perfectly.
I’ll be practising my pancake-catching skills from a very safe distance.
Wobbly waffles and giggles,
Pickle ✨

— Frosty ✨Dear Jack,
What an adventure we had this Christmas! Before I head back to the North Pole, I wanted you to know how much I loved being part of your family’s December.
My favourite report was hearing how patient you were while helping your cousin build that enormous block tower. Kindness like that lasts much longer than Christmas lights.
I may be flying home tonight, but the magic we made does not disappear. Every kind choice, brave try and belly laugh keeps a little piece of it glowing all year.
Keep being wonderfully you. I’ll see you next Christmas.
One last snowy hug,
Frosty ✨
